This year’s annual Voices luncheon will feature William Scarborough, Assistant Professor of Sociology at the University of North Texas whose research examines the economic and cultural determinants of gender and race inequality across U.S. labor markets. He has published in multiple academic journals and public outlets such as Gender & Society, Social Science Research, and the Harvard Business Review. He is also co-editor of the Handbook of the Sociology of Gender (Springer Press, 2018). His research has been covered by multiple media outlets including The New York Times, The Chicago Tribune, and National Public Radio.
